The short version

Email us within 14 days of purchase and we'll refund you in full. No survey. No "are you sure?" form. No interrogation.

How it works

  1. Email daniel@aviatorarchive.com from the email address you used to purchase. Include your order number from your receipt if you can find it; if not, we'll look it up.
  2. We'll process the refund inside one business day. Funds typically land back on your card or bank within 5–10 days, depending on your issuer.
  3. Once refunded, your Lifetime license is deactivated and the Software will revert to its free tier on next launch. You can re-purchase any time.

Direct web purchases

The 14-day window applies to purchases made on aviatorarchive.com. Our payment processor is the Merchant of Record and processes the refund on our behalf.

AI Scan page packs

AI Scan pages are bought separately from the Lifetime license, and they follow their own rule because each extracted page costs us money the moment it runs:

  • Full refund within 30 days of purchase if you haven't used any of the pages from that purchase yet.
  • Once pages from a pack have been spent on extractions, that pack is non-refundable — we've already paid the provider for the work.
  • Pages never expire, so there's no "use them or lose them" pressure.

App Store / Google Play purchases

Refunds for in-app purchases made through the Apple App Store or Google Play are handled by the respective storefront, not by us. Their refund windows and processes apply:

If your storefront refund is approved, your Aviator Archive entitlement will deactivate automatically when the storefront notifies us.

Outside the 14-day window

We don't have a hard rule beyond 14 days, but we do respond to genuine hardship cases (lost job, app proved unsuitable for your operation, etc.). Email us — a real human reads it.

Exceptions

  • Refunds may be denied if there's clear evidence of abuse — multiple successive purchases-and-refunds, fraudulent payment instruments, etc.
  • Statutory consumer rights in your jurisdiction (e.g. EU 14-day distance-selling cooling-off) take precedence over anything in this policy if they're more generous.
